This Privacy Policy outlines how SolarPro & SolarSass Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (operating under the trade names "SolarPro & SolarSass" and "SolarTrack", reachable at https://solartrackpro.vercel.app/) collects, manages, processes, stores, and protects personal and commercial information collected through our web applications, customer tracking portals, mobile-responsive tools, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

Our Platform is tailored specifically for the rooftop solar industry in India—including Solar Installers, EPC Contractors, Channel Partners, System Integrators, Solar Sales Representatives, and Survey Engineers managing projects from residential PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana installations to large commercial & industrial (C&I) solar plants.

By accessing or registering for our Platform, initiating a trial, or utilizing our customer tracking features, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please discontinue use of our Platform immediately.

  • GSTIN Number & PAN (for GST compliant invoicing)
  • Corporate Address, State, and District of operation
  • Role credentials (Owner, Admin, Surveyor, Sales Agent)

B. End-Customer & Rooftop Feasibility Data

  • Homeowner / Consumer Full Name & Contact Number
  • Site Address, Pincode & GPS Geo-Coordinates
  • Roof dimensions, roof type (RCC, Tin, Tile), tilt angle, shadow analysis
  • DISCOM Name (UGVCL, DGVCL, MGVCL, PGVCL, Tata Power, Adani, etc.)
  • Consumer Connection Number & Monthly Electricity Consumption

C. PM Surya Ghar & Subsidy Workflow Records

  • National Portal Application Reference Number
  • Uploaded verification documents (Electricity bill PDF, Aadhaar mask)
  • Feasibility approval status and Net Metering token reference
  • Work execution reports, inspection photos & Commissioning certificates
  • Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) subsidy disbursement status

D. Financial & Technical Telemetry

  • Solar Quotations, Bill of Materials (BOM), Invoices
  • Customer payment milestones (Advance, Structure, Commissioning)
  • Transaction reference codes (We do not store raw credit/debit card numbers)
  • Device IP address, browser type, timestamp logs, and error telemetry

The Multi-Tenant Isolation Guarantee:

Every installer account is provisioned with a unique, cryptographically segregated Tenant ID. All database queries, cached records, and file storage buckets enforce strict tenant scoping.

Installer "A" in Surat or Ahmedabad can NEVER see or access the customer leads, financial margins, or site surveys belonging to Installer "B" in Rajkot or Vadodara.

ડેટા જાળવણી અને ખાતું ડિલીટ કરવું (Data Retention)

We retain customer and project records as long as your subscription is active to enable ongoing project warranty tracking, subsidy dispute handling, and historical performance reviews.

Subscription Termination: If you cancel your subscription or trial, you have a 30-day grace period during which you can download full data backups in Excel / CSV / PDF formats.

Right to Erasure (Purge): Upon formal written request from your registered company email to solartrackpro@gmail.com, all your tenant database entries, consumer files, and quotation histories will be irreversibly deleted within 45 days, except where retention is strictly mandated by Indian taxation or GST record-keeping laws.

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, 2023) and the Information Technology Rules of India, all users and data principals enjoy the following fundamental rights:

2. Right to Correction & Updation: You can rectify inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date personal information directly in your profile settings.

4. Right to Nominate: You have the right to nominate any individual to exercise your data rights in the event of death or incapacity.

The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will always reflect the latest active version.
